-On Monday morning, NCTV filmed the 2016 Freeman-Kennedy 6th Grade Promotion Ceremony, and we wish the Class of 2016 the absolute best in all of their future endeavors!  If you or anyone you know would like to request a DVD copy of the event, please contact us at any time.

-Production Coordinator Chris Lawn went for A Walk in the Garden with Liz Davey on Wednesday afternoon as she picked fresh oregano from the herb garden, created her own hummingbird feeder and showcased the flowers in-bloom in the perennial garden, and put together a scrumptious summer meal of pesto pasta, baked sweet potato chips with a creamy cilantro dip, and a strawberry tiramisu.

-On a new episode of Our Town, host Jill Hindley-Lawrence welcomed guest Detective Michelle Palladini of the Norfolk Police Department who discussed the Leadership Empowerment Awareness Protection Program, an organization she founded which offers a variety of programs aimed at effectively connecting the police, schools, and parents as a pathway to student safety and success.

-NCTV member and volunteer James McGhee captured the sights and sounds of the first Norfolk Town Hill Summer Concert of the 2016 season featuring local country rock band Last Call.


-On Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the main studio, Chris Lawn will teach our Three-Point Lighting Workshop - an opportunity to learn the basics of how to light a basic interview setting using three-point lighting as well as ways to break these rules for interesting lighting techniques.  For more info, or to sign up online, click here or just show up the day of!
