Starting tomorrow - Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7 PM, NCTV will be holding its first in a new series of monthly Open Houses!  The Open Houses will be held the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM, and each one will be an opportunity for residents, non-members, and new members to get acquainted with the station and find out who we are, what we do, and information about upcoming volunteer opportunities and how to get involved!
Starting at 7:30 PM during each Open House, we will be answering questions anyone may have, facilitating informal discussions about a variety of media topics, occasionally hosting speakers, and encouraging current and new members to mingle and potentially make new connections for future productions.

NCTV will be holding its 2016 Annual Meeting this upcoming Monday, April 11, 2016 from 6 PM to 7 PM in our main studio at 158 Main Street.  Throughout the course of the meeting, we will be: going over the minutes from last year's meeting, taking a look at our financial report from the past year, listening to a report about major highlights of the past year, holding board elections, voting on proposed changes to our bylaws, and awarding our Volunteer Of The Year for 2015!
Last year, we welcomed Jordan Tynes, Herb Mores, and Jeff Chalmers to the Board of Directors, and we awarded the 2015 Volunteer of the Year to member Anne Marie Battistone.  This year, we will be formally welcoming Alvaro Tobar to the Board and announcing the recipient of our 2015 Volunteer of the Year Award!
For more information about the meeting agenda, secretary's report, and proposed bylaw changes, download the NCTV Annual Meeting 2016 Packet.  The Treasurer’s Report and Executive Director’s Report will be available on the day of the meeting.  If you have any issues downloading or viewing the document, please call the station at 508-520-2780 or email Executive Director Katy Woodhams at  We encourage all of our members from Norfolk to attend and vote, and we welcome non-members and non-residents to attend and get an idea of what we're all about!
