THIS WEEK AT NCTV is Norfolk Community Television's blog recapping each week and highlighting upcoming workshops, events, premieres, and volunteer opportunities!  Check in every Friday starting at 4 PM for the latest scoop about the station, its members, the schools, and the town.


-On Tuesday evening, Executive Director Katy Woodhams taught our Creating Slideshows with iMovie Workshop - where attendees received a beginner's guide to planning, scanning, dragging, dropping, and adding music and sound effects to spice up a birthday or memorialize a special event!

-Production Coordinator Chris Lawn headed to the King Philip Middle School to film Norfolk Candidates Night, an event where each local candidate got the chance to speak about their platform and answer audience questions before the upcoming election next Tuesday, May 3, 2016.

-Norfolk Police Detective Michelle Palladini dropped into the studio on Thursday afternoon to film a public service announcement for the Norfolk Police Registration Program For Children With Autism Spectrum Disorders, a service open to Norfolk parents and children (of any age) who are prone to wandering.

-NCTV was CLOSED today - Friday, April 29, 2016, because the staff, along with a handful of NCTV Board Members and volunteers, were at the 2016 MassAccess Spring Conference at High Output Studios in Canton, MA!


-The Norfolk Town Election will be taking place this upcoming Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 7 AM to 8 PM at the Freeman-Kennedy Elementary School.  Absentee ballots are available in the Town Clerk's Office until 12 PM on Monday, May 2, 2016.

-We welcome any and all interested parties to attend our second monthly NCTV Open House this upcoming Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 7 PM.
