-On Monday afternoon, Production Coordinator Chris Lawn visited the Freeman-Kennedy School and met an interesting and diverse cast of historical figures at the 2016 Freeman-Kennedy 5th Grade Hall Of Fame.

-The NCTV Annual Meeting on Monday evening was a complete success!  Donna L. Jones was officially named the 2015 NCTV Volunteer Of The Year, and station members (which includes the NCTV Board of Directors) passed important changes and updates to some of our bylaws.

-On Thursday evening, Executive Director Katy Woodhams headed to the H. Olive Day School to catalogue the health and wellness activities at the annual 2016 Mind, Body, and Spirit event.

-It's been a busy week in politics, and NCTV member Anne Marie Battistone has been on the scene to talk to the local candidates on new upcoming episodes of State & Local, including Norfolk Planning Board Incumbent Walter Byron, Norfolk Constable Candidate Daniel L. Fallon, Norfolk Town Moderator Incumbent Jason Talerman, and Norfolk Town Moderator Candidate David Rosenberg.


-NCTV will be CLOSED this upcoming Monday, April 18, 2016 in honor of Patriots Day.

-This upcoming Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the main studio, NCTV Board Member Jordan Tynes will teach our Audio Editing Workshop - a look into Adobe’s Audition and free audio software Audacity - two powerhouse programs that can make cleaning up audio a breeze and make your videos stand out above the rest!  For more info, or to sign up online, click here or just show up the day of!
