THIS WEEK AT NCTV is Norfolk Community Television's blog recapping each week and highlighting upcoming workshops, events, premieres, and volunteer opportunities!  Check in every Friday starting at 4 PM for the latest scoop about the station, its members, the schools, and the town.


-Bill Crane and Duane Weiss sat down for a "Churchillian and Reaganesque Standard of Conversation, Fearlessly Presented" on a new Bill Crane Report.

-Norfolk Girl Scout Troop 74766 visited the studio to film a new public service announcement where they share the positive message of promoting kindness through media by committing (and urging others!) to do one nice act per day for a week.

-Anne Marie Battistone revealed in her Interview Techniques Workshop the little secrets of effective communication (as well as potential pitfalls to avoid) in order to have a successful interview with just about anyone!

-Executive Director Katy Woodhams headed the Freeman-Kennedy Glee Club Concert to capture the spark of young talented singers.


-Production Coordinator Chris Lawn, in partnership with Wrentham Cable Access will be heading to the high school on Sunday to film the King Philip Senior Graduation.

-Our Annual Meeting will be held this upcoming Monday, June 1, 2015, at 6 PM and we welcome and encourage any and all members, as well as those interested in learning about the station, to attend!

-NCTV will hold its first Public Service Announcement Day on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 12 PM to 5 PM, which will be an opportunity for non-profit and government organizations to visit the station and film PSAs.  If you're interested in signing up, NCTV will have a table at Norfolk Community Day on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 11 AM - 4 PM, so come visit us!
