In addition to filming local government meetings such as the Norfolk School Committee, Andrew also programs our Public and Government channels as well as creates beautiful bulletin board messages for our digital bulletin board. Andrew has been with us since 2012 and we're lucky to have him!

Chris Gleason


SR. Meeting Producer

Chris has been the producer for local meetings such as the Board of Selectmen, Advisory Board, Community Preservation Committee, and School Committee meetings since 2003.

With over 6 years of experience in the video world, Jen comes to NCTV with vast technical knowledge. One of her passions is leading a team and creating amazing work for the Providence 48 Hour Film Festival each year. 

Katy Woodhams

With a background in video production through the KPTV program at the high school as well as working for a student run TV station, UVC-TV 19, at UMass Amherst, Katy came to work at NCTV in 2011 with a unique perspective on community media. In December 2014, she was selected to lead the NCTV team!

Jill Hindley Lawrence

Vice President

Jill is the talented host of "Our Town" where she highlights important events, groups, and individuals in town! NCTV welcomed Jill to the board of directors in 2014!


Reynolds Lee

Reynolds is heavily involved in Norfolk and was named Person of the Year by the Norfolk Community League in 2013. We welcomed Reynolds to the board of directors in 2014!

Herb Mores

Herb is known as "the idea man" and always has a new an innovative perspective to share. He brings information and skill to our board as well as others in town!


Pamela Ruby Russell


Pamela has been involved with NCTV for many years. She produces and stars in her own show, “Ruby’s Roundup,” incorporating her talents as a photographer and a singer/song writer along the way.


Jordan Tynes


Jordan Tynes currently works and teaches as a Research and Instructional Technologist at Wellesley College, specializing in support for creative media production. He received a BFA from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a MFA from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Throughout his studies, there was always a focus on the intersection of art, technology, and activism. Jordan taught video production at several other television stations and has exhibited his own work internationally. He recently moved to Norfolk from JP and is excited to get more involved with NCTV!

Alvaro Tobar

Alvaro likes to help in the community while getting to know people and learning from them. He is a native of Chile and he works in education media and technology.
