THIS WEEK:

-Host Anne Marie Battistone interviewed including Norfolk School Committee Incumbent Mark Flaherty and Norfolk Planning Board Incumbent Jennifer West on new episodes of State & Local.

-NCTV member and volunteer Chris Labonte wrote and performed an original song!

-On Tuesday, NCTV Board Member Jordan Tynes taught our Audio Editing Workshop, which took a look into Adobe’s Audition and free audio software Audacity - two powerhouse programs that make cleaning up audio a breeze and make your videos stand out above the rest!

-Production Coordinator Chris Lawn went on A Walk in the Garden with Liz Davey on Thursday as she was joined by two young volunteers, Aislinn and Isabella, who helped her pick herbs from the herb garden, plant peas in the vegetable garden, feed the fish in the koi pond, and put together a scrumptious English-style tea which included shortbread cookies, finger sandwiches, brownies, and scones in honor of Queen Elizabeth's 90th birthday!

COMING UP:

-This upcoming Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the main studio, Executive Director Katy Woodhams will teach our Creating Slideshows with iMovie Workshop - a beginner's guide to planning, scanning, dragging, dropping, and adding music and sound effects to spice up a birthday or memorialize a special event!  For more info, or to sign up online, click here or just show up the day of!

-NCTV will be CLOSED on Friday, April 29, 2016 because the staff will be heading to the 2016 MassAccess Spring Conference at High Output Studios in Canton, MA!

-Norfolk Candidates Night, an opportunity to hear from each local candidate before the upcoming election in May, will take place this Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 7 PM at the King Philip Middle School.  Presented by the Norfolk Community League.
