THIS WEEK:

-Production Coordinator Chris Lawn, Executive Director Katy Woodhams, and Vice President Jill Hindley Lawrence attended the MassAccess Spring 2015 Conference at the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA.  If you'd like to read more about the conference, check out Katy's recent blog entry.

-Programming Coordinator Andrew Barker visited the Freeman-Kennedy School and the H. Olive Day School to film the Grade 3 Recorder Concert and the H. Olive Day Earth Day 2015 Celebration.

-On Tuesday, instructor and NCTV Board President Pamela Ruby Russell taught Public Speaking techniques which included simple exercises to fine tune enunciation, letting go of unwanted blocks and vocal habits, an introduction to good posture and breathing, and relaxation responses.

-NCTV Board Vice President Jill Hindley Lawrence sat down with Norfolk Recreation Department Director Ann Proto to review the upcoming Summer activities in town in a new episode of Our Town.

COMING UP:

-Instructor Katy Woodhams will teach Working Together: Adobe Photoshop And Adobe After Effects, which will introduce the basics of both programs and educate attendees on how to create something cool in Photoshop and then import the layers to AE to make it move! -NCTV will film the Pre-K Class Mother's Day Tea at the H. Olive Day School.

-Our Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015, at 6 PM and we welcome and encourage any and all members, as well as those interested in learning about the station, to attend!
